OUR SPEAK OUT Policy Statement

AWSB is committed to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, openness, and accountability.  We encourage our stakeholders to speak out if they reasonably believe something is going on in our Company that involves some form of wrongdoing and where they reasonably believe they are acting in the public interest by doing so.

In particular, we expect our colleagues to speak out and report any suspected wrongdoing or breaches of the law or internal policy. We encourage our colleagues to raise any concerns they have about wrongdoing within the Company with their manager or, alternatively, with the Human Resources Department. Alternatively, they can report their concerns to a more senior manager, or by emailing to directors@acreworks.com.my directly.

Similarly, we encourage our clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to also raise any concerns you have about wrongdoing within the Company by emailing to directors@acreworks.com.my

Be assured the Directors take all cases of genuine speaking out seriously and will conduct appropriate investigations and deal with all cases fairly, proportionately, and consistently.

Anyone who retaliates against a person for raising a concern will face action under AWSB’s disciplinary procedures, which may include dismissal for employees or for other parties, appropriate proportionate action.

On the other hand, knowingly making false allegations will not be tolerated either. If we conclude that a person has done so, (s)he will face action under AWSB’s disciplinary procedures, which may include dismissal for employees or for other parties, appropriate proportionate action.
