HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM4,500
 
To support and strengthen the company’s HR, communication and compliance functions by managing end-to-end processes related to policy governance, digital onboarding, content creation, employee engagement, and system administration, ensuring alignment with corporate values, legal standards, and business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
​

Employer Branding
  • Create a weekly content calendar including job highlights, team spotlights, employee testimonials, culture updates, and CSR activities; schedule posts using approved tools.
  • ​Ensure all posts comply with PDPA, DEI principles, and internal branding guidelines.
  • Revise and maintain company descriptions, project portfolios, certifications, and key personnel info across formats; coordinate with departments to ensure up-to-date and consistent company profiles.
  • Disseminate corporate communication guidelines, conduct awareness sessions, review and approve materials, perform audits, and ensure compliance across all teams.

RACI Implementation
  • Schedule regular RACI reviews and update matrices to reflect team or process changes.
  • Maintain and update the Organizational Chart; ensure changes are accurately reflected in the Worksy HR system.
  • Communicate RACI and JD updates, ensuring alignment within Worksy.
  • Ensure departmental KPIs and performance appraisals are carried out and recorded accordingly.

Recruitment Administration
  • Manage subscriptions and renewals for HR platforms (e.g., Worksy, LinkedIn, JobStreet); track usage and budgets.
  • Post job ads on MyFutureJobs; ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute interview kits including guidelines, forms, and competency checklists.
  • Collect and consolidate assessment forms from interview panels.
  • Track candidate documentation; follow up on incomplete submissions.
  • Review submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.

Onboarding Administration
  • Register new hires with medical and insurance providers; ensure statutory contributions are covered.
  • Share onboarding documents with payroll, HRIS, and relevant departments for integration.
  • Upload and store documents in Worksy System; ensure PDPA compliance.
  • Distribute statutory forms, declarations and account info to new hires.
  • Conduct medical benefit briefings; explain outpatient/inpatient entitlements and usage.
  • Compile and upload medical check-up documents into Worksy.
  • Manage IT Declaration and laptop issuance; track and record all company asset distributions.
  • Facilitate acknowledgment of Employee Handbook, PDPA Notice and Code of Conduct via Worksy.
  • Evaluate Culture Workshop effectiveness via feedback collection and behavior impact analysis.

Training & Development
  • Collect and analyze feedback on training programs; assess learning and performance impact.
  • Support and monitor mentoring program implementation and evaluation.

Industrial Relations & Compliance Management
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary cases; issue letters and manage domestic inquiries.
  • Engage with JTK, Industrial Court and other regulators as needed.
  • Promote harmonious employee relations and ensure full compliance with labor laws.

HR Policy & Handbook Management
  • Update and revise HR policies, procedures, Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure legal compliance, clarity, consistency and approval before dissemination.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Familiar with HR systems (e.g., Worksy), MS Office and social media tools.
  • Strong communication, organization and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor law, PDPA and HR best practices.

Acre Works Sdn Bhd, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join its dynamic team in Penang. In this full-time position, you will oversee the procurement activities for the company, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support its construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's construction projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Manage the tender process, including the evaluation of bids and the selection of suppliers.
  • Monitor and control the procurement budget to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Liaise with project managers to understand their materials and services requirements.

SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Salary Range: RM5,000 - RM5,500
 
To ensure the effective implementation of workplace safety and health regulations in accordance with Malaysian legislation and the project's safety requirements. The Site Safety Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and ensuring compliance with DOSH, CAAM, CIDB and airport safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
​

1. Safety Supervision & Monitoring
  • Monitor daily construction activities to ensure safe practices are implemented and maintained.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site walkabouts to reinforce safe behavior.

2. Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) 1994, Factories and Machinery Act (FMA) 1967 and CIDB Safety Guidelines.
  • Liaise with DOSH, MAHB and CAAM on all safety-related requirements specific to airport construction zones.

3. Hazard Identification & Risk Management
  • Identify unsafe conditions and potential hazards; implement corrective actions.
  • Support in the preparation of HIRA, JSA and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.

4. Incident Management
  • Respond promptly to accidents, incidents or near misses and assist in investigation and reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation for safety inspections, incidents and corrective actions.

5. Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate safety records including inspection reports, checklists and safety meeting minutes.
  • Prepare daily and weekly safety reports for internal and client submission.

​6. Special Airport Safety Compliance
  • Enforce airside safety protocols, including control of foreign object debris (FOD), access control and work near aircraft operations.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities on any works impacting flight paths, navigation equipment or restricted zones.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.

Certifications
  • Valid Yellow Book (SSS) certified by DOSH.
  • OGSP / CIDB Green Card.
  • Familiarity with Airside Safety Training (preferably certified by MAHB or CAAM).

Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction safety supervision.
  • Prior experience in airport or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

  • Good knowledge of Malaysian HSE laws and construction best practices.

EXCAVATOR, BACKHOE, MOBILE CRANE, SKYLIFT AND PAVER MECHANIC 

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM3,500
 
To overseeing the maintenance, repair and performance of heavy machinery and construction equipment and the user of the machinery. This role also supervises a team of machinery operators and ensures optimal usage, availability and safety compliance of all plant and equipment used on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the mechanics, fitters and machinery operators.
  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, cranes, rollers, loaders, compactors).
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and carry out mechanical repairs, hydraulics, engine overhauls and electrical works.
  • Monitor equipment usage, fuel efficiency, and performance across multiple construction sites.
  • Supervise and coordinate operators’ schedules, assignments, and competency assessments.
  • Ensure all machinery complies with regulatory and site-specific safety requirements (e.g., CIDB, DOSH).
  • Maintain accurate records of servicing, repairs, breakdowns, spare parts inventory and machine logs.
  • Manage procurement of spare parts and liaise with external service providers where necessary.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to machinery operators and junior mechanics.
  • Assist in equipment mobilization/demobilization planning and asset transfer logistics between project sites.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in construction machinery maintenance and supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and heavy equipment diagnostics.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of mechanics and operators in a construction environment.
  • Familiar with site safety, plant compliance and preventive maintenance systems.
  • Good leadership, problem-solving and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset tracking tools is an added advantage.

AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION SITE DRIVER 

Salary Range: RM2,500 - RM3,500
 
To provide safe, timely and efficient transportation support for site personnel, visitors, documents and materials related to the airport construction project. Ensures the proper maintenance of project vehicles and compliance with site safety protocols.

​Key Responsibilities

1. Transport Duties
  • Drive staff, consultants, and visitors to and from the airport construction site, site offices, and related locations.
  • Deliver and collect documents, equipment, and materials as instructed.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on work schedules and project needs.

2. Vehicle Maintenance
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections (fuel level, tire pressure, brakes, cleanliness).
  • Report any vehicle issues immediately and coordinate repairs/servicing as needed.
  • Ensure the vehicle logbook is updated accurately (mileage, trip record, fuel usage).

3. Compliance and Safety
  • Follow all traffic laws, site safety regulations, and company vehicle policies.
  • Wear safety gear (e.g., safety vest, helmet) as required on-site.
  • Ensure safe parking and securing of vehicle within designated areas.

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER 

Salary Range: RM6,500 - RM8,000
 
The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing a wide range of airside and landside construction activities, including temporary works, site preparation, demolition, relocation, earthworks, piling, drainage, pavement construction and structural foundation works. This role involves managing the installation of temporary access roads and hoardings, coordinating site clearing and surveying, supervising demolition and relocation of existing structures and executing pavement and road construction in compliance with design and safety standards. The engineer also leads the construction of complex foundations such as bridge gates, high mast bases and jet blaster deflectors, while ensuring precise execution of airfield infrastructure including drainage, Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) and geotechnical instrumentation, all in alignment with strict airport operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety regulations and project timelines. This role involves daily planning, technical supervision, site inspections, progress reporting and coordination with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams. The Senior Site Engineer also ensures that all site works are executed efficiently and in accordance with approved method statements, while proactively resolving technical issues and maintaining proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

SENIOR DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Salary Range: RM4,000 - RM5,000
 
Key Responsibilities
  • ​​Developing and implementing comprehensive document control systems and procedures to ensure efficient management of all company records and information.
  • Overseeing the creation, review, distribution, storage, and archiving of all company documents and records.
  • Conducting regular audits to monitor compliance with document control policies and procedures.
  • Providing training and guidance to employees on proper document control practices.

To manage and maintain the company’s digital platforms and enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance, data accuracy, user access and support across departments. The Digital System Administrator plays a key role in implementing, configuring and supporting digital tools through out the company that enable process automation, operational efficiency and digital compliance. This position will report to Group HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain cloud-based and on-premises digital systems (HRMS, Asset Management, procurement, document control, project dashboards).
  • Ensure data integrity through regular checks, backup routines, and data reconciliation processes.
  • Document SOPs and system guidelines to ensure consistent usage and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor system performance and usage; identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Assist in testing and rollout of new system modules or upgrades.
